salt dough hand ornaments.

Last week me, and my daughter made some very cute hand and feet ornaments for our Christmas tree. 
Yesterday we put them on the Xmas tree, and they worked out great! So thought I would share with you all if you haven't already seen it! 

All you need is half a cup of salt.
Half a cup of plain flour, then add a little bit of water about half a cup but add little bit by little, and knead until dough forms. 

Make impression and cut out hand shape with a Knife leaving a border around your child's hand or foot. 

Poke a hole in the top for hanging.
Bake at 100c/ 200f 
For 5 hours. 

Then you and your child can paint, and once they are dry it's ready to hang on the Christmas tree.

Such a great idea, and looks fantastic.
It Adds a bit of personalisation.
