Just taking a breather

So I've been so very busy as of late and have gotten a little sick. I'm thinking its because of all the stress involved with the last few weeks of a wedding so I've taken some time out from tantrums by my 2.5yo daughter and wedding plans to take a quick breather...

And when I mean quick I honestly mean no longer than an hour or two with my mum and the deliciousness of cavallaro's cakes and hot chocolates...

Sitting here sipping my yummy hot chocolate and eating a walnut and date cake I've realised how stressed out I've been recently. I was hoping my gorgeous daughter wouldn't go through the terrible times of tantrums and disobedience so close to the wedding, but alas I was wrong...

I've been stuck dealing with the torture of having to say no and dealing with a tantrum on a daily basis! And not only that but the wedding is so close now that its demanding most of my attention rather than me giving this attention to my mostly wonderful and sometimes stressful but beautiful little girl..

They say organising a wedding is very stressful as it is but mix that in with a screaming tantrum throwing 2.5yo and stress levels will be at an all time high! I think one mistake we had was keeping her away from school the other day. I had her for four days straight and she got worse each day! The only issue was that I had to keep her at home on Monday as we had to try on our dresses again for the wedding to make sure they fit and lucky we did her dress was still too long! But I suppose it's a sacrifice I had to take..

Anyway I suppose I should be off as my mum will be here any moment now .... ANY moment now..... Still waiting ... So i'll be in touch soon I hope to update on here very soon!
