I'm so proud of my little girl!! She's started walking last Friday and I'm still amazed!! She gets herself up an toddles around the house! Around the yard and up and down the street with me not to mention all through the shops! She's awfully slow but it is so adorable to watch her walking around!! I couldn't believe how it happened either though?! Thursday she was holding onto anything, everything and anyone she could get to to walk around in fact she kept dragging me around the house cause she wanted help walking and then Friday came and BAM!! She's running after my mum's vacuum cleaner!! Falling down laughing and getting back up!!! I'm so proud of her.
I'm so used to seeing her crawling up to me and saying mum, pointing at something and then talking gibberish to me lol! Now she walks up to me arms outstretched to her sides for balance and says mum + gibberish & pointing! I love the way she communicates with me and I can't believe that I understand her! I've worked out little things that she says and what they mean like ju is juice or drink. Ta is clearly please or thankyou. Brr is bread lol. I'm sure there's heaps more but these are the ones I've thought of at the top of my head!
The other thing I'm so proud of is the fact that she got into the early learning centre/preschool yesterday!! I put her on the waiting list in April and I get a phone call satin they can enroll her next year!! I wanted to start crying cause I've realized that my little girl is growing up, soon she'll be two and then before I know it she'll be going to primary school!
I'm loving being a mum so much! I wouldn't change it for the world!!
