Pocket-sized Precincts takes you on an inner city walking or riding trail, stopping at local businesses to pick up clues that help you find five secret parks. At the parks, you’ll need to find the hidden mini artworks and at the end of the trail, create your own artwork inspired by your city.

As part of Johnathan Jones Barrangal Dyara (Skin & Bones) Kids can grind native grass seed, bake simple ‘bread’ and experience contemporary Indigenous art at Royal Botanic Garden.

Take a Bike Ride Around Sydney Park!
Sydney Park is a large recreational area in the inner-city area of Sydney. The parkland is located in the suburb of St Peters, sitting along the borders of Alexandria, Newtown and Erskineville. Sydney Park is 41.6 hectares in area, which makes it the third largest park in inner-city Sydney.
There are bike workshops for varying ages held a Sydney Park Cycling Centre from ages 3 and up! Including balance bike workshops for those not quite yet ready to pedal!

Kidtopia Festival!
The Kidtopia Festival runs at Parramatta Park from October 7-9 on the last three days of the school holidays! There will be live music, circus school, master classes, science experiments, kids yoga, sports arena, garden games, silent disco, arts and craft, cooking, dancing, drama, food and animals!

Liverpool library offers a variety of activities for kids and youth of all ages, from creative writing classes, to magic shows, to craft, to big screen gaming! They even have Lego and Lego Duplo Workshops running as well as jewellery making!

Visit your local shopping centres websites for find out what's on this holidays for kids most offer face painting, arts and crafts and sometimes even cupcake or cookie decorating! It's usually always free!
